cum trebuie impozitate profesiile liberale?

in toata nebunia asta cu impozitarea si suprataxarea PFA-urilor si a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuala [drepturi autor] cred ca pierdem din vedere amanuntul cel mai important: cum trebuie incadrate veniturile obtinute in urma efectuarii de servicii aferente profesiilor liberale care in ultima instanta inseamna impozitul pe venitul personal.

daca am inteles eu corect ar fi 4 mari categorii [fiecare cu normele specifice bransei/profesiei]:

HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS [doctors, dentists, veterinarians, alternative practitioners, physiotherapists, midwives, massage therapists, diploma-psychologists]

LEGAL-, TAX- AND ECONOMIC-ADVICE PROFESSIONS [lawyers, patent agents, notaries (except civil servants), chartered accountants, tax advisers, Advising economists and MBAs, licenced auditors]

NATURAL-SCIENTIFIC / TECHNICAL PROFESSIONS [engineers, scientists, chemists, architects, city planners, pilots, regular-based working experts]

COMMUNICATING & CULTURAL PROFESSIONS [journalists, photo reporters, interpreters / translators, artists, authors, designers, tutors / professors, teachers / pedagogues]

Ministerul Economiei deruleaza in cadrul Strategiei Guvernamentale pentru imbunatatirea si dezvoltarea mediului de afaceri un studiu complex de evaluare a dimensiunii pietelor profesiilor liberale[cofinanţat de Fondul Social European si realizat cu 3 firme de consultanta].

dar avand in vedere ca nici nu stii care e anvergura acestor piete profesionale nu inteleg cum pot sa dai o normativa unde e clar ca nu stii ce se intampla de fapt?

evident ca nici o asociatie a jurnalistilor sau a editorilor de carte sau a agentiilor de publicitate nu e acolo.
